James Peltier is a partner at Xcelerator Injury Lawyers. Born in Baton Rouge and raised in Houma, Louisiana, he attended both Nicholls State University and Louisiana State University (LSU) during his undergraduate days. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from LSU Law, James opened his own legal practice in 1996. Since then, he has spent his career advocating for clients who have been injured due to others’ negligence.
James’s strategic thinking and extensive legal experience, including in both civil and criminal cases, have resulted in many successful settlements and verdicts for his clients. As an active member of various communities, James spends his time and energy outside the office contributing to charitable initiatives and outreach efforts.
